Child with Downs arthritis walking down the stairs before treatment

This girl with Down's syndrome and related inflammatory arthritis has difficulty walking down the stairs having previously been able to do this task unaided. She is worse in the mornings. Please watch the other video available whichshows how much better she is after treatment.
