• Septic arthritis and osteomyelitis.
• Tuberculosis.
• Malignancy.
• Non-accidental injury. 
• Acute Rheumatic Fever and Post Streptococcal Arthritis. 
• Reactive Arthritis.
• Hip Disorders.
• Inflammatory Conditions.
• Muscle Disease.
• Bone disease.
• Fractures (be aware about safeguarding concerns / child abuse).
